Personal Care Support: Caring for An Individual’s Well-being
At Care Plus Services, we provide general personal care support to assist individuals with their daily self-care needs. Our qualified and experienced support workers understand the importance of maintaining dignity and independence.
We provide assistance with tasks including:

Personal Activity Support: Promoting Autonomy and Independence
We provide individualised support in a range of environments, including the home. Additionally, we offer a live-in model of care, where a dedicated Support Worker resides with or accompanies an individual to provide assistance and supervision. This support can also include overnight on-call assistance.
